Camp Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, enriching, and Spirit-filled experience for every camper
Section 1
General Camp Rules
Participation in all sessions is compulsory.
All sessions — worship, teaching, Bible study, prayers, and activities — are a core part of the camp experience. Absence from sessions without permission is not allowed.
Feeding is platoon-based.
All meals are served by platoon. You must eat with your platoon at the designated time and location. Do not join another platoon's feeding line.
Wear your ID tag at all times.
Your camp ID tag must be worn visibly at all times within the campground. If your tag is lost or damaged, report immediately to a camp official or your platoon leader.
No roaming during programme sessions.
Every camper must be in their designated session during programme time. Movement around the campground during sessions is not permitted without explicit permission from a camp official.
Lights out at 11:00 PM.
All campers are expected to be in their assigned rooms or bunks by 11:00 PM. Noise should be kept to a minimum after lights out.
Maintain cleanliness.
Keep your room, bunk area, and shared spaces tidy. A clean-up period is scheduled each morning — participate actively and take pride in your space.
Dress decently at all times.
Clothing should be neat, modest, and appropriate for a Christian camp environment. Ladies are required to wear skirts or dresses (not trousers) during all worship and ministry sessions.
Respect all camp officials, leaders, and fellow campers.
Treat every person at camp with dignity and respect. Instructions from camp officials and platoon leaders must be followed promptly.
Valuables and unauthorized items.
Do not bring laptops, gaming devices, or other unnecessary valuables to camp. CAET is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Phones should be kept on silent during sessions.
Misconduct will be handled firmly.
Any misconduct or breach of camp rules will be handled by the camp commandant and may result in disciplinary action including being sent home.
